In 1997, Susan H. Brooks founded BB&H Benefit Designs with colleague
Deborah Babineau. With more than 25 years experience in the employee
benefits field, Susan manages the firm and serves as an employee benefits

manufacturing and service industries. She excels at helping clients
define their employee benefit goals and uses her extensive knowledge

brokerage firms, Johnson & Higgins and Alexander and Alexander, as
well as Great West Life, a major health insurer specializing in self-funded
health plans, before establishing BB&H. Her strong leadership inspires
teamwork among her associates and earns respect from satisfied clients.
